However, through years of hard work and a deep passion for culinary fusion, our journey took a beautiful turn. We immigrated to the US, bringing with us a unique flavor born between two nations.
Today, we elevate the classic American hot dog into an art form, uniting it with our handcrafted Peruvian-inspired sauces and soulful South American empanadas. We still grind our 100% select Angus beef sausages and slowly simmer our secret sauce recipes. No shortcuts, no modern microwaves — just a celebration of two cultures, authentic grease-proof paper, and an unforgettable taste.
